Pele
Pele was an Antweight built by Inertia Labs that competed in ROBOLympics 2004. It was a four wheeled Silver robot armed with a powerful pneumatic flipper, like many of the teams robots Pele was themed after a bull, and had horns on the front of its flipper. Despite this very potent weaponry Pele did poorly in RoboGames, as it lost both of its battles. Pele would continue to compete until Team Inertia Labs retired from the sport in January 2005. Inertia Labs would later reappear out of nowhere, and build Bronco, a Heavyweight flipper that competed in ABC's BattleBots Reboot to great success. The team also built Toro, T-Minus, Rhino, The Butcher, and The Matador for the original Comedy Central run of the show to varying success.

ROBOLympics 2004[]
Pele's first fight was against Team Nightmare's 360 degree lifter Shazbot. It lost this fight and was sent to the loser's bracket where it faced Poundcake. It lost this fight as well, and was eliminated from ROBOLympics 2004

Outside RoboGames[]
Pele also competed at Steel Conflict 2 where it went 1-2, losing to Jimmy Crack Corn, and Saturday Night Cleaver. After ROBOLympics 2004 Pele competed in Marin Ant Wars 1, and 3 winning third place in Marin Ant Wars 3. It retired after that event ending an otherwise lackluster career on a high note.
